2) For Cyclists and Supporters:

There are two methods a supporter can use to view a cyclists current location and statistics:

1. Through this website in the "Cyclist Management" section. Simply add a cyclist by typing in his/her cell phone number and then hit track to view them on a map.
2. Directly from you phone using the WAP site at http://www.cycletracker.co.za/wap

The following screens explain the process of registering a cyclist or supporter.

Step 1: Choose Register. Cyclists will need to download and register.	Step 2: Decide which role suits you best. Click the drop down list to choose.
Step 3: Select your role from the two choices.	Step 4: Complete the registration form. Questions vary for Cyclists and Supporters.

1) For Cyclists:

• Bluetooth
• Java

Click on the link above to download the Cycle Tracker application for you cellphone. Note: this will download the application to your PC, you will then have to install it to your phone using your phone's software. To install directly, access the WAP site with your phone at: http://www.cycletracker.co.za/wap

To use CycleTracker Pro you must be registered as a cyclist. You can register through this website in the "Login/Register" section or through the WAP site at http://www.cycletracker.co.za/wap

Step 1: After launching CycleTracker Pro allow it network access when your phone asks.	Step 2: Before tracking you must register for an event.
Step 3: Either register on a specific cycle event or click practice for a private cycling event.	Step 4: Choose Just track me to enter a trackable training mode. Select "Start tracking" in the main menu after you have registered.
Step 5: After selecting "Start Tracking" CycleTracker Pro will search for a nearby GPS device. Select your GPS from the list.	Step 6: You will be asked to enter a passcode to pair with the GPS. This code is '0000' by default, or see your GPS' manual.
Step 7: From the Tracking screen press your menu button to bring up the options menu. Choose "START" to begin tracking or "Details" to view more information.	Step 8: Once you have started tracking you will hear a high pitched beep to indicate your position has been sent to the server or a lower pitched beep to indicate a problem. After the first successful beep your supporters can view your latest position.
